Greta Kroh separates families for the financial incentives given first keeping children in foster care longer and more for not returning children to their parents. Without any evidence of abuse or neglect, this women took my newborn son from the hospital 4 days after he was born and placed him into foster care over 3 years ago. We get to see him every other week. Now she is seeking to terminate our parental rights.
