This caseworker came to my house with a tribal social worker that had testified against me numerous times. I did not let them in. She took all my information and was only suppose to do a 10 day assessment, nope they turned it into a 30 day, right after the immediate danger was vacated. The local tribal social workers who had testified against me worked closely on this case. She told me there was a protective order and I could not get my child, wrong, gave actual abuse evidence, was not filed.
