Refused 116 jury requests first year, allowed abuser /refused to protect child from kidnapper. Ordered Sgt and officers to break my neck and back while attempting rape. Steel plate in nect, 2 back surgeries, steel plate 6 screws in neck. Both hips replaced. US supreme case still open. Failure to respond is fatal.
